This past weekend, Nestlé’s Aero offered nothing but absolute chocolate decadence at this year’s instalment of the DSTV Delicious International Food and Music Festival. The festival saw thousands of consumers attend, all eager to experience the incredible food and music that was on offer all weekend. Aero created a consumer experience at the Aero Lounge where festival goers could enjoy chocolate paired with various types of food. A specially curated menu by Top Chef’s finalist, Ayabonga Gope, provided a memorable culinary experience. Ayabonga's menu included smoked snoek paired with Aero chocolates, Aero orange chocolate brownies, a peppermint choc mouse, and Aero doughnut balls—all of which was paired with gin cocktails. All pairing sessions were fully booked within an hour of the opening of the lounge. Guests were also invited to pop into the marquee to engage with the photo wall and capture their delicious Aero moment.
