Puma has never ceased to amaze with their constantly evolving ability to create sneakers that are innovative, imaginative and almost otherworldly. Almost 3 decades after the introduction of their 80s Running System, through which they gifted the world with innovations such as the RS-100, RS-Computer, and the RS-350, Puma have rebooted these archival classics with the RS-0 Play.

After breaking ground with the future retro reboot of the R-System, PUMA is dropping new iterations of its latest RS-0 model that explore cultural genres such as gaming, music, photography and more. With a totally new silhouette, the RS-0 range has a future look that greatly resembles the past.

For the gaming pillar, PUMA introduces the RS-0 PLAY. Inspired by 1980s video games, this fun pack plays with colour pops and translucent details. The key style boasts primary colours, a leather upper with subtle perforations on the vamp and a tonal embossed Formstrip. Red and yellow padded inserts inspired by game console buttons are featured on the midsole, while the outsole has a modern colour-blocking design. R-System logos are present on the tongue and outsole.

The Puma RS-0 PLAY comes in two more colourways – Puma Black-High Risk Red-Puma White and Winsome Orchid-Biscay Green-Puma White. All three styles dropped on the 2nd of June for R1 899 at PUMA stores, sportscene, X-Trend, Spree, Madazia, Jack Lemkus and selected retailers.
