New vintage releases of Grande Provence premium wines will be showcased alongside winter specialties with a modern South African twist, courtesy of Executive Chef Guy Bennett of The Restaurant at Grande Provence. His vegan poke of seed crunch and pickled heirloom root vegetables served with or without Franschhoek trout is a perfect pairing with Grande Provence Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay. For the Grande Provence reds, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, Chef Guy will be serving his slow-cooked beef shortrib. Grande Provence will also be showcasing their new Angels Tears Le Chocolat Pinotage, an easy drinking, fruity red wine blessed with a heavenly twist of chocolate.

Presented in partnership with the international sculpture park, Wanås Konst in Sweden, this year’s 6th annual exhibition is set to be a one-of-a-kind experience. The 2018 Winter Sculpture Fair is open from 10h00 – 17h00 on both 12 and 13 May. Tickets are available at R240 per adult (R220 per person for the Early Bird special) and can be booked directly via www.tixsa.co.za
