JACK HORNER

Ingredients:

  • 50ml / 1.5 of Belvedere Vodka
  • 20ml / 3/4 of lemon juice
  • 15ml / 1/2 of cinnamon syrup
  • 3 fresh blackberries
  • Dash egg white

Method:

Gently muddle blackberries in base of shaker with cinnamon syrup. Combine remaining ingredients and dry shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with grated cinnamon.
